First, we start with our homemade "Kimchi Platter with Green Onion Kimchi."This appetizer has an exquisite balance of spiciness and umami.

We took a break from the main course with refreshing "cucumber with salt sauce" and "edamame," and then enjoyed seasonal fresh fish with the "three kinds of seafood sashimi platter."

"Meltingly tender spare ribs (with marinated egg)" is a Banzai specialty with many repeat customers.

Slow-cooked in a special sauce, it becomes so tender it can be easily broken apart with chopsticks.
