First, we start with our homemade "Kimchi Platter with Green Onion Kimchi."This appetizer has an exquisite balance of spiciness and umami.

We took a break from the main course with refreshing "cucumber with salt sauce" and "edamame," and then enjoyed seasonal fresh fish with the "three kinds of seafood sashimi platter."

And then there's the star of the course, the famous "simmered sea bream head."

The rich flavor of the sea bream, simmered slowly, blends perfectly with the sweet and savory sauce, creating an elegant dish that pairs well with both rice and alcoholic beverages.
